What we collect
When you book a dumpster or ask for a commercial quote, you give us your name, mobile number, email, the delivery and pickup address, where the bin should sit, and anything you write in the notes. We also keep the booking itself: the bin size, dates, price and payment status. If you rate us after a pickup, we keep the rating and any comments you send.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver and pick up your dumpster, to send your confirmation and reminders, to answer your questions, to bill for the rental and any extra charges described in our terms, and to keep the business records we are required to keep.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us, and we never see or store it. As our terms explain, Stripe keeps your card on file so extra days or overweight charges can be billed to it. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the payment.
Text messages
If you agree when you book, we text you about your booking: the confirmation, delivery and pickup reminders, and a short review request after pickup. These texts are sent through our text message provider. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, and call us if you want texts turned back on.
Who else sees your information
Only the services we need to run the business: Stripe for payments, our text message provider for texts, and the companies that host this website and our booking records. Our drivers see the address and contact details for the jobs they run. We share information with others only if the law requires it.
Google services
Pages on this site load fonts and a map from Google, and link to our Google reviews. Google may collect information when those load, under Google's own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records as long as we need them to run the business and meet tax and legal requirements, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it when we no longer need it for a booking, a payment or our records. Call, text or email us using the contact details above.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
